To do this, merchants require a strong understanding of the customer, the competitive market, and retail operations. They must also be strong collaborators and communicators.

DESIGN
Victoria’s Secret & PINK are the most influential names in intimates, sport, apparel, and personal care, and accessories. Our in-house design studio is where the magic of fashion happens every season and every day.
We create heartfelt, aspirational narratives through our unique products—crafted by a team of experts, utilizing only the finest and most innovative materials from around the globe.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The Global Product Operations team is responsible for bringing design tolife and manufacturing our products. The team includes product development, raw materials sourcing and planning, technical design, and production planning. They are responsible for product attainment, capacity planning, adherence to technical production and quality specsand standards, and vendor management on a global scale.
Our team ensures that the required product quantities areproduced to be allocated to our stores, while at the same time aligning with brand sales and growth plans to drive speed to market strategies. This global team operates around the world, with teammates based in locations such as the US, Hong Kong, Viet Nam, Sri Lanka.
